These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, visits, services, events and use of facilities provided by The Oasis SG Pte Ltd trading as Noble Canine Oasis (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a booking, attending our premises or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Service-specific terms, booking policies, waivers or written instructions may also apply.

Definitions

“Our Facilities” means the areas leased, operated or controlled by The Oasis SG Pte Ltd trading as Noble Canine Oasis, including designated daycare, training, hydro-pool, grooming, event and facility-use areas.

“Common Areas” means all areas outside Our Facilities, including public walkways, building lobbies, car parks, toilets, corridors, lifts, loading bays and any other areas not leased, operated or controlled by us.

1. Owner And Handler Responsibility

You confirm that:

    1. You are the dog’s owner or are authorised by the owner to bring the dog to us.

    2. All information you provide about the dog is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

    3. You will inform us promptly of any change in the dog’s health, behaviour, medication, vaccination status, parasite prevention, diet, routines or suitability for group environments.

    4. You will provide current contact details and an emergency contact who can make decisions if we cannot reach you.

    5. You and any person attending with you will follow staff instructions at all times.

2. Health, Vaccination And Parasite Prevention

For the safety of all dogs, staff and visitors, dogs must be in suitable health before attending.

You confirm that your dog:

    1. Is properly licensed, microchipped and identifiable where legally required.

    2. Has current vaccinations, titre test records or other veterinary records acceptable to us.

    3. Is on appropriate flea, tick and parasite prevention.

    4. Is not showing signs of infectious illness, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhoea, nasal discharge, fever, lethargy, skin infection, fleas or ticks.

    5. Has not had known or suspected exposure to a communicable disease within the last 14 days, or any longer period reasonably required by us during an outbreak or following veterinary advice.

    6. Is not attending while in season or on heat, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing for a suitable non-group service.

We may refuse entry, suspend attendance, request veterinary clearance or isolate a dog where we reasonably consider this necessary for health, welfare or safety reasons.

3. Behaviour, Suitability And Admission

You must tell us before booking if your dog has any known history of:

    1. Biting, snapping, fighting or injuring people or animals.

    2. Significant fear, reactivity, guarding, escape attempts or distress in social, handling or facility environments.

    3. Noise sensitivity, handling sensitivity, separation distress or other behaviour that may affect safe care.

    4. Any restriction, muzzle requirement, veterinary warning or trainer/behaviourist recommendation relevant to safety or welfare.

Admission to any service is subject to suitability, availability, staffing, safety and welfare considerations. We may recommend a different service, adjust your dog’s routine, require a private assessment, use smaller groups, suspend attendance or refuse a booking where we consider this appropriate.

We do not guarantee that every dog will be suitable for every service.

4. Welfare And Handling Standards

Noble Canine Oasis is a welfare-first facility. All dogs must be treated calmly and respectfully while on our premises.

The following are not permitted:

    1. Hitting, shouting at, intimidating or physically punishing any dog.

    2. Harsh, aversive or unsafe handling.

    3. Encouraging rough, uncontrolled or unsafe interactions.

    4. Ignoring staff instructions about space, handling, equipment or dog-to-dog introductions.

We reserve the right to intervene, stop an activity or ask any person to leave if their conduct creates a welfare, safety or operational concern.

5. Use Of Facilities, Leads And Muzzles

Dogs must be kept on a secure lead in all Common Areas, including public walkways, building lobbies, car parks, toilets, corridors, lifts, loading bays and any other areas outside Our Facilities.

Where a dog is legally required to be muzzled in public, the owner or authorised handler must ensure that the dog is securely fitted with an appropriate muzzle whenever the dog is in a public area or Common Area.

Our staff may only permit a dog to be off lead within Our Facilities, in designated areas, during suitable supervised services, or where we have assessed that it is appropriate. Any such permission does not apply to Common Areas or public areas outside Our Facilities.

Until your dog has been accepted into our care by our staff for a booked service, you remain responsible for your dog’s supervision, control, handling, safety and conduct, including while entering, leaving or moving through Common Areas.

Where you remain on site with your dog during a visit, event or facility rental, you must supervise and control your dog at all times, follow staff instructions and clean up after your dog promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring that any children, guests or other visitors attending with you behave safely and do not approach, touch, feed or interact with any dog without permission.

6. Cleanliness, Safety, Smoking, Vaping And Prohibited Items

You must keep the premises clean, safe and respectful for other users, staff, dogs, visitors and neighbours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within Our Facilities and all Common Areas, including public walkways, building lobbies, car parks, toilets, corridors, lifts, loading bays and any other shared areas of the premises.

Vaping, and the possession or use of e-vaporisers, related components or related substances, is strictly prohibited within Our Facilities and all Common Areas.

The following are also not permitted without our prior written approval:

    1. Open flames, candles, sparklers, fireworks, firecrackers or flammable items.

    2. Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, fog machines or messy decorations.

    3. Outside equipment, props, food, treats or toys that may create a safety, hygiene or dog-welfare risk.

    4. Any activity that may damage the premises, disturb neighbours, breach building rules or create unnecessary risk.

You may be charged reasonable cleaning, repair or replacement costs where you, your dog or your guests cause damage, excessive mess or loss.

We may ask any person to leave, refuse admission or end a booking where smoking, vaping, unsafe conduct, prohibited items or breach of building rules creates a safety, welfare, legal, hygiene or operational concern.

7. Inherent Risks Of Dog Services

You acknowledge that dog care, dog training, dog socialisation, pool use, exercise, enrichment, transport and facility use involve inherent risks.

These may include, without limitation:

    1. Scratches, bites, knocks, slips, falls or collision injuries.

    2. Dog-to-dog conflict or stress.

    3. Aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

    4. Exposure to infectious illness despite reasonable hygiene and screening measures.

    5. Loss of or damage to personal items.

We will take reasonable care in providing our services, but no dog environment can be made entirely risk-free.

8. Veterinary Care And Emergencies

If your dog appears unwell, injured, distressed or in need of urgent care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact.

Where we consider urgent action necessary and cannot reach you in time, you authorise us to seek veterinary care, emergency treatment or transport to a veterinary clinic.

You are responsible for veterinary, transport and related costs unless the issue was caused by our negligence, breach of duty or failure to take reasonable care.

9. Fees, Bookings, Cancellations And No-Shows

Fees are as stated at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, package, credit and no-show rules will be set out in the relevant booking policy, invoice, package terms or service-specific terms.

We may refuse or delay service where payment is overdue.

Where a service is cancelled, changed or unavailable due to safety, health, welfare, staffing, operational issues or matters outside our reasonable control, we will explain the next steps and any applicable credit, refund or rescheduling arrangement in line with the relevant booking policy.

10. Personal Belongings

Please avoid bringing valuable, fragile or unnecessary personal items.

This includes, without limitation, collars, leads, harnesses, toys, beds, bowls, clothing, bags, pet carriers, crates, prams, strollers and other personal belongings.

We do not provide secure storage for personal belongings. You remain responsible for your own belongings and for ensuring that any items brought into Our Facilities or Common Areas are safe, clean, suitable and do not obstruct walkways, exits, operational areas or dog movement.

Any personal belongings left unattended, left in Common Areas, or left at Our Facilities without being expressly accepted by our staff are left at your own risk.

If we agree to temporarily hold or move any personal belongings as a courtesy, we will take reasonable care of them. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, dogs, other clients, visitors, third parties, Common Area incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where loss or damage to personal belongings is caused by our negligence, breach of duty or failure to take reasonable care, our liability is limited to the direct and reasonable cost of repair or replacement, taking into account the item’s age, condition and proof of value. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, sentimental or special loss.

We may move, refuse or ask you to remove any item that creates a safety, hygiene, welfare, access or operational concern.

11. Photography, Video And Media

We may take photographs or videos of dogs for care updates, internal records, training review, safety, quality control and client communication.

Public or promotional use of photographs, videos, names, testimonials or other identifiable material will be handled in accordance with our media consent and privacy practices.

You may tell us if you do not want your dog to appear in public-facing content.

We will not intentionally use identifiable images of clients, guests or children for promotional purposes without appropriate consent.

12. Refusal, Removal Or Suspension

We may refuse admission, remove a dog from an activity, suspend attendance or end a service where we reasonably consider it necessary due to:

    1. Health, welfare or safety concerns.

    2. Inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.

    3. Behaviour that is unsuitable for the booked service.

    4. Non-payment.

    5. Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

    6. Conduct by an owner, handler or guest that affects staff, dogs, clients, neighbours or safe operations.

Where possible, we will explain the reason and recommend an appropriate next step.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for loss, injury, illness, damage, cost, fines, enforcement action or expense caused by:

    1. Inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information provided by you.

    2. Your failure to follow these Terms & Conditions, staff instructions or applicable legal requirements.

    3. Your dog’s behaviour, health condition, pre-existing condition or undisclosed risk.

    4. The actions or omissions of other clients, visitors, dogs or third parties.

    5. Events outside our reasonable control.

    6. Incidents occurring in Common Areas, public areas or areas outside Our Facilities, except to the extent caused by our negligence, breach of duty or failure to take reasonable care after we have accepted the dog into our care.

Where we are responsible for loss, our liability is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our failure to take reasonable care, unless a greater liability is required by law.

You agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, cleaning costs, repair costs, replacement costs, veterinary costs, fines, enforcement action or third-party claims caused by you, your guests, your dog, your belongings, prohibited items, smoking, vaping or breach of building rules, except to the extent caused by our negligence, breach of duty or failure to take reasonable care.

14. Personal Data

We collect, use and disclose personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws.

This may include your contact details, booking information, emergency contacts, dog records, health information you provide, photographs, videos, payment records and communications with us.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how personal data is used, stored, protected and how you may contact us about your data.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on our website or provided on request. Where a material change affects an existing booking, package or ongoing service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients.
