Terms and Conditions:
1. Transport surcharge applicable for locations more than 20km from The Oasis.
2. Only pets with valid vaccination record or titer test report will be permitted.
3. Sick pets or pets infested with flea/tick will not be permitted.
4. Groomers at The Oasis reserve the rights to reject aggressive pet.
De-Matting
At The Oasis, every pet’s safety and welfare is our top priority. We understand that every dog has different needs so we will do our utmost best to tailor to owner’s expectations during grooming.
Dogs that are severely matted and not suitable for de-matting may result in having to shave their fur off close to their skin. Please note that in some cases, this may cause skin irritation, brush burn or skin nicks. The Oasis will not hold responsible for any consequences after the grooming session.
Dogs that require de-matting will be charged $10 onwards depending on the severity of the tangle. Prices will be advised during assessment before grooming session starts.
Any minor or major injuries, such as but not limited to cuts, scrapes, nicks, clipper burns can occur during the grooming process hence customer will not hold The Oasis, the groomer and/or staff responsible.
Ticks & Fleas Safety Measures
The Oasis takes extreme measures to ensure that our premise is free from ticks and fleas. If ticks and fleas is found on your dog, you will have to pick them up within 30 minutes after you have been informed.
Grooming fee still applies as it is every customers’ duty to ensure that your dog is free from ticks and fleas.
There will be an additional $50 surcharge on top of the grooming fee for chemical washing our premises as ticks and fleas are hard to eradicate and they breed easily which can cause an infestation.
